The vision for starting a company that provides professional and customized training programs and consulting services in the areas of Regulatory Compliance and Emergency Response, began many years ago as a dream, some would say wishful thinking, among a small cadre of Georgia Fire Academy Adjunct Instructors. In 2010 that dream came true when Darrell Spradley and Donnie Mercer put the wheels in motion to form what is now Right Training and Consulting LLC. The Company has grown from the dreams of a few Instructors around a dinner table to a vibrant and growing company that is providing training and consulting services throughout the US and abroad.

What is “RIGHT“?
“RIGHT” is actually an acronym that stands for Regulatory, Industrial, Governmental, Hazardous Materials, & Technical Rescue.
Regulatory is black because regulations are black and white, either you adhere to them, or you don’t.
Industrial is orange because this is the international color of industrial safety.
Governmental is purple to signify the nobility of the rulers. This dates back to the kings of Biblical times.
Hazardous Materials is green because this is the color most often associated with hazardous chemicals.
Technical Rescue is red because this is the color internationally associated with Fire and Rescue.
